The secret is there isn't really such a thing as freedom. Past experiences influence your brain into making predictable decisions and a lot of people's desires can be broken down as simple psychology. And if God exists and everything is a part of his plan then your fate was already decided by him. You do have some choice in somethings but you'll never know if your making the choice or your past already wired your brain to prefer that choice.
