Life really is so short?

I was just thinking how short life really is and how we worry about the silly things in life. I'm 26 and even I live to 86, I roughly have 22, 000 days left on earth and that might seem a lot, but is it really? Like once you're not alive anymore you're gone from this earth forever. My point is, make every day count and try to be happy most days even. Agree?
