Ever get a word or joke stuck in your head?

Obsessive thinking is obnoxious, it distracts my mind when I'm trying to focus on things that aren't exactly pleasurable, and I just think, "Yes brain, that's very interesting/funny, but can you please shut up about it?".

I think maybe I need to meditate more.
