My passions come and go depending on where I am in life. The only true passion that has carried on over the years is reading.
Right now I am discovering a passion for elaborate cooking.

@SW-User What do you most enjoy reading? What is a dish you have recently prepared?
SW-User
@SW-User I love crime fiction, especially psychological thrillers. As such I also enjoy TV based on these themes.
I cook many cuisines. The last new dish I tried, that took me over 4 hours because of how it is prepared is an Indian dish called Daal Makhani. I prepared it with the works.. rice and pappadum and whatnot.

@SW-User Sounds exotic. I quite like the Indian dishes I have had. I had a brief fling with a girl from Kolkata and tried some, but I do not cook it for myself.

@SW-User Do you enjoy cooking?
SW-User
@SW-User Quite a lot yes. I am not very skilled though.
SW-User
@SW-User Ah. You can only improve your skill by practice. A few years ago I was a lost cause in the kitchen and now I produce dishes that have people coming for more.
I find cooking Indian food so colourful and enchanting. There is just so much going on in there and it tastes delicious.

@SW-User I am very odd. I am averse to certain textures. I love mixing and playing with dry ingredients, but hate mixing dry and wet. It is very juvenile. I believe also that I am scared to fail in the kitchen for some reason.
SW-User
@SW-User I totally understand being scared to fail in the kitchen. I still get insecure about trying new things and then I push myself. 8/10 times I am really happy with what I produce. :)
Enjoy your day/night. I must go now.
SW-User
@SW-User You as well.
