Why do people go on cruises just to do all the things they can do on land?

My parents go on cruises, they go with friends and love it.
I'd struggle with cabin fever I think, many of them don't even have windows.

@SW-User i really enjoyed camping in the uk this year, we went to different sites, it was relaxed and easy.
