Do you prefer 卵黄 (yolk) or 卵白 (egg white)?

I like both really but prefer with yolk. Especially with fried rice

If the egg is hard boiled, I prefer the yolk with a pinch of salt. I never really liked the egg white. It's like eating egg flavored jello.
If not hard boiled, I prefer scrambled eggs to the other ways eggs can be prepared.

Both together. But each has their purpose. To make homemade mayonnaise you use only egg whites.
