You mean an egalitarian economy. Communism uses egalitarian economy but also has other governmental changes as well. If you just changed everyone to being paid the same you aren't necessarily communist. You're Egalitarian

but what i know about communism is that they like to confiscate people's personal properties to be distributed to everyone else... i mean i don't like that "what's mine is yours and what's you is mine" doesn't apply to everyone

@quinnVneck Egalitarians believe everyone is equal. That nothing makes us different. It is the flaw with their beliefs imo. They think a janitor is worth the same as a teacher, doctor, etc. Equal opportunity is also a part of egalitarianism but it comes with a bunch of other stuff too. It isn't like say Feminism which is only about equal opportunity and rights.

@quinnVneck Yes Egalitarianism removes individuality. Everyone is the same. Remove difference and everyone becomes equal. It's very 1984 in that sense. I'm not for it one bit lol

UNLESS of course Egalitarianism is something to do with "nothing makes us different" in terms of horizontal and vertical individualism/collectivism... in the culture orientation sense... that we're just human beings not special nor greymans...

and yet i have some other friends who vouch for egalitarianism saying its none totalitarian... geez

in conclusion... egalitarianism according to your research is a "purification process" of rogue humans...something like a cloning device in which removes the "flaws" of a human being...those flaws defining their very existence and replacing it with an ideal Average, Boring, Mediocre, Slave who lives and breaths and obeys what is told to them... yech... sounds very unappetizing

@quinnVneck I mean I didn't say that. But you no longer would have a country, a culture, etc. No one would see the differences in you that make you who you are because we are all the same. It's a very hard concept and pretty much impossible to ever make happen

its likes taking out the verticals of culture orientations and leaving the horizontals...

this egalitarianism is like New World Order... destroy religions, abolishing cultures, etc

what makes an individual? first the collective cultures one is exposed to...depends on what is on his/her plate in a buffet of cultures... take that away and feed them all an ala carte of say Average Mash potatoes... yeah pretty much

they say every man, woman, child, is the work of an artist = society according to the law of nurture. painted with different pictures as each one of us have different images on our canvases. then one day we are force to all have just one same picture... geez totalitarianism is something i truly detest
