Even those who have not known it, and are the ones everyone says should be condemned? For example, someone who has done something horrible. Should they be loved?

I think all people should be loved. However, I don't think that means that we should not set boundaries with people who seek to take advantage of or hurt us. Sometimes the most loving thing to do to someone is to stand up and say you will not do this anymore.
