Is this Depression?

A thought just occurred to me about an hour ago... I am tired of living this life. I want out. 🤔

Maybe you need to rest. Not sure if it's true depression, have been reading a lot lately about depression as a physical illness, being low on a number of nutrients, for example, can mess with neurotransmitters.
