Using myself as an example.
First and foremost I live an inspired life. Living my truth. I don't spend my life making a LIVING but making a LIFE. I have never conformed to the indoctrination of academia, though I hold a B.S. degree in computer science. I do not live according to some well accepted dogma or paradigm of thinking. I try my best to live as authentic as possible. I have stepped out of my comfort zone many times to truly discover who I am. Without doing this and taking complete responsibility for myself, an inspired life cannot be experienced. I am adventurous. I realize how important it is to engage all people of the world without preconceived biases and beliefs about them. This world is huge. My most unique experience was living in a cave with a sadhu in the Lidder Valley of Northern India. To summarize these life lessons I discovered that an inspired life enables you to see the importance and the joy of serving others. Also, that my true home is nature which is lifes complete library of all knowledge. That is where I discovered my ignorance and that I really knew nothing! My life recognizes everything I say and do has consequences that affect others on a global scale. The end result of an inspired life is that the more you know the less you need. The most important aspect of this life is LOVE.
It took me almost sixty years to discover this. My secret is when your wants AND needs become the SAME thing, then you know you made the right choices and you are a success.
