What in your opinion is the secret to true "Eternal Life?"

I think perhaps we leave particles of ourselves in the atmosphere when we are living.. I think those particles can be absorbed by infants in the womb.. While we are alive and after we pass. So essentially we are eternally carried on thru the absorption and passing of particles cycle.
