@Longpatrol90 basically she has a list of fifty people who are in secure hospitals and she has to get them out to save money.
We're the place she wants to send them, so she made a dodgy deal with another provider to take seven of our clients away from us - to a place they wouldn't receive anything like the same level of care - because then she can get seven of the names on her list in with us.
No consideration for the lives involved.
