Do you think what you post here adds any value to yourself or to others?

It's valuable to me because venting and connecting with other people helps me manage how I'm feeling, but I'm not sure it's valuable to others.

Nah, not my post, they are mostly just about non sense, and always "safe" but sometimes people post interesting stuff, ore stuff to think about.

I have no idea. I just like to give my point of view, that's all.

I'd like to think it does both but probably not as much as I'd like.

Maybe it adds value....maybe it just clarifies things (for myself or for someone else, or maybe for both). Hopefully my posts add something of value, regardless of how they are perceived by others.

Not necessarily. If it happens to strike a thought or cord for another then great. If not then no loss
