No idea. I know/noticed some of them when they turn up inside questions and others respond to their replies. Apparently one user here will know better than myself, she claimed it to be a lot towards someone blocking me whom I don't even recall having had any interactions with. I don't care, if they want to block me I'm fine with it, makes it one less who might be offended by me being genuine and honest in my replies to them.
