What's worse? Breaking a promise purposely or forgetting a promise?

AllAboutTheFacts · 31-35, M
It is breaking a promise purposely in my opinion. We can all forget, as long as it does not happen to often.

I also find it okay not to keep one, but if you can not. You should tell the person you can not keep it anymore, and take the consequence of telling. (: Honesty is always nice!

Cheers
