Are you comfortable with eye contact?

I can never hold someone's gaze for too long. 1, 2, 3 seconds, and my eyes will flit away. I just can't do it.

No. I can only glance at people's eyes. No gaze. I can't even look at my family's eyes for one second without feeling stressed. For some reason I feel like my soul is being dug if any people tries to look at my eyes.
