I can never hold someone's gaze for too long. 1, 2, 3 seconds, and my eyes will flit away. I just can't do it.

Yes, if it makes sense for the situation (such as while talking) and isn't solely just to stare at each other. In any other case, I don't like it. It's my phobia. Looking - okay. Staring - not okay
