What are your thoughts on pedophilia?

I think pedophiles need help. If someone has thoughts of young children, but doesn't act on those feelings, does that make him or her a bad person? No. Because they struggle with these feelings and choose not to act on it. Those that do need to be imprisoned. Those that don't, they need therapy, they need some form of counseling and help.

[c=#BF0080]I think they just need to find someone their age and try to make it work. I was exposed to what sex was at a younger age and it scarred me for many years. I'll be damned if I allow any grown man or woman to go near any child in my family with the intent of having sex. As for having the attractions and not seeking to sleep with kids; I believe that's weird but ultimately harmless. [/c]
