How often do you cry?

I rarely ask questions but I feel like this is a legitimate question. Ever since I got sober, I've been feeling it all. Every bit of pain I tried to numb myself from. I have had violent urges (toward myself) that feel impossible to ignore... luckily I have not given in. I find myself crying all the time lately. It's so annoying.

When I got sober, i did the same thing. EVERYTHING made me cry. It was kind of ridiculous, and it made me and my friends laugh. That all evened out. I used to cry a lot more then I do now. It's about once a month anymore.

@Shade74 you know, on the whole I'm a pretty centered person, but I'm only human and self doubt still comes up for me. I've had a lot of life experiences that have affected me. The kind of stuff that creates doubt.
