Can someone please explain what " Normal " is?

I hear people say this all of the time. How can we know if we are not normal when no one is sure what that actually is?

@Projecthonest that's not true. I think I can state for a fact that undressing before taking a shower is normal but not undressing is not normal.

That's just stretching the broader question. I also can list lots of things we do a certain way but it doesn't explain what normal is ?! And I know people who wear swim wear in the shower - mental health issue!!

@Projecthonest sure we could philosophise in depth about it. But I'm a practical man and in everyday life I think we can give a good definition of normal.
