ever tried "fitting in and being accepted" or have you always gone rogue?

did you actually want to step on Individuals for being different and unique? are you that much of a crab that you want to clip the wings of individuals wanting to use their wings to fly to their successes?

or did you reject and at the same defied the collective norm and gone rogue to become oneself. to become an individual and to rise above the hate and push down the crabs of society where they belong...below you burning and being boiled in the pot of failure together with butter just because they were trying to pull you down to their level you instead put the boots on them so you flew with your wings still attached to your back towards your goals

First off there is no cohesive status quo as most people think. Second, putting your back into bringing down prison walls only makes the guards laugh and hurts your back. And finally, each sees the world with their own special set of binoculars but few realize that they're looking through them from the wrong end.

Now this may only make a small amount, if any, sense to you. But I would caution Icarus no more sharply than I would caution a would be Phoenix.
There are dragon hunters out there. And they're numerous and armed to the teeth. You don't want to draw fire by rising too far above yourself without bullet proof wings.

@quinnVneck Rising above for being famed? No. Becoming famous just for rising above? Certainly. A person who pretends all their life out of fear or whatever reason they have doesn't immunize the self from hypocritical accusations by making the narrative off limits and politically correct. Because speech can be controlled but thought can't. And since rebellion against authority is in every human, that's where the danger really is.

@SteelHands well i was trying to say becoming famous for rising above but i used the wrong words perhaps

@quinnVneck Being a celebrity is probably the surest way to not truly be yourself if the reason for your celebrity is celebritydom itself.
Always reach further and see where it goes. Never be pulled back down into the pot. If going rogue gets you there as long as you don't intentionally hurt anyone then do it... You're only here once as far as I'm concerned..

I can't remember a time when I've ever " fit in " with anyone...I suppose it's because maybe I didn't try , I was just into my own thing ...

@SW-User no its because you defied the collective norm and defied Big Brother. that makes two of us =D

I've always been that way ,since I was a kid and I've never been fully accepted by my peers and so I've gotten used to that ...you just learn to accept yourself as you are the older you get the less you will care about feeling accepted or not ...I say just be you and the rest will fall into place @quinnVneck

Oh I am infamous for fitting in.
quinnVneck · 31-35, F
@YMITheWayIM gaining favors like others eh? then soon cutting off all contacts when you finally know how to stand in your own two feet...or are you still clinging to their "coolness"?
