Well hello depression.

You've hit me hard recently. And I'm about done.

We are made with amazing resilience. Never give up. There have been times I have wanted to give up too, and I imagine hundreds of others. But I am still here at 71 and thank God for it! All the bumps in the road are just meant to teach you good lessons that will carry you through life. If you don't like something, change it! But suicide is never ever the solution. It was not meant to be.

We can't help when we've faced abuse or trauma. Hopefully the following will help. These are all natural and cannot harm you, like drugs. There's too much myth and stigmatizism around those subjects. Anything can cause it. Usually an imbalance from poor diet, could be trauma, lack of a certain vitamin, but we all experience it at times and that doesn't mean we're mentally ill. When people start feeling more comfortable about talking about it, they'll stop suffering in silence and start reaching out for help.

I've used holistic medicine for the last 40 years, successfully, and even saved myself from surgery a few times. My friends and family do the same. It works! No side effects and is safe.

Use MSM....excellent! for bipolar, anxiety, and depression. Take it first thing in the morning, to begin with. Just one. Then after a week or so, you can take two a day if you want.

GABA, is another excellent one, which is known as the "happy pill". I know other things help as well. Especially sublingual B-12, (the best!!) which I take in cherry flavor and melts under your tongue. I get it from Walmart. Make sure you get the sublingual. Very good flavor. I pop as many as I want, under my tongue at any time I feel I need them.

Then there's B-Complex, Vit. C, and Vit. D-3. Calcium/Magnesium before you go to bed. 3 capsules

There are also men and women's Vitamins at Walmart, especially for emotional balance, which are great.

I personally get all my supplements from Swanson Vitamins, as they are the cheapest anywhere, and best quality. You can get yours where you want.
