How often do you cry? When was last time you cried?

I have problems crying, as in like I have trouble actually doing it. It can really wreak havoc on my mood, doesn't give the feelings any outlet.

At least a few months, maybe longer than that. Might've been closer to the beginning of the year, so several months.
