Memories That Float In My Mind

Remembering when I was living at the Salvation Army. After I got evicted from my apartment I was getting ready to go to work. I was walking downstairs to meet my Uber driver. I could hear a woman shouting I was trying to avoid her. Of course the Salvation Army was on Harry Hines Blvd. Where whores try to persuade men to have sex with them. I had to walk down the street a little to get away from the shouting. The woman finally starting walking away from me so I could stand in front of the Salvation Army. She shouted one more thing "I Hate Men". I'm thinking to myself that's her personal choice. But she'll need to get a new career choice. It makes me wonder if i'm playing for the wrong team. Maybe I should look for a man to be with.

You’re keeping a few bits out in your story

@Birdbox1986 cause that's where I lived at the time being. The Salvation Army housed homeless people. Also right next door is Parkland Hospital. So I really had no choice till I got moved into my new apartment.

@Birdbox1986 I got fired from my job so I couldn't pay my rent. So I got evicted an had to find somewhere to stay. I wasn't about to live on the street I wouldn't survive.
