Have you ever been called out for a behavior or habit that you were not aware you were doing?

I wasn't having the greatest day yesterday and was in a queue apparently having a conversation with myself. When the woman in front of me turned around and asked if I was okay I caught myself on the tail end of mumbling about what I needed to get done before I go home. I just said sorry and she smiled and then the awkwardness set in as I wondered if I had been talking about anything else.

Just a question, because I understand you felt called out, but is someone asking you are okay calling you out? It seems a kind thing to do and caring instead. I once felt awkward at a high energy concert I wanted to be at, claustrophobic a little, and just the rush of energy I was not used to be being at then, when a girl asked me, 'if I was okay', I didn't feel called out I thought of that as being very compassionate and kind of her to even notice.

@awildsheepschase Yes it is. It was just done positively in a manner of compassion rather than being openly confrontational or critical.
