Yeah... I hide behind a locked door. Trying to avoid sensory overload and trauma retriggers. The quieter the better, for me. I am sorry to hear you have low moods too while others are celebrating.
@travelguy01 I visited my family in Mexico City 🌃 Luckily I made it home today, I was afraid they would cancel my flight and I wouldn’t be home for Christmas 😱
