Are they jealous?

Whenever something good happens in my life, most of my relatives, my colleagues, ky friends, no one just no one feels the happiness, but whenever something good happens in their life i feel and express genuine happiness for them, why they do such things??
Mostly people who are under performing in their lives, can't be expected to celebrate your success. See because at that moment of life they are already struggling with their own, so better not to expect others to be happy about your things.

@darkknightt it's me who is underperforming and if I get even little success they are just cold to me about it, i celebrate the same success even if I am underperforming
@mysoulsays don't celebrate until you reach highest success

@darkknightt You expect too much. It’s exhausting to feed others egos.

everyones fighting their own battles. empathise even with people that don't empathise with you. many times it is just insecurity on peoples part that makes them unhappy about others' success. Sometimes it oculd just be evil envy. Stay safe mate.

@showher2u i agree, thanks

They appear to lack empathy, and you don’t. They could also be jealous, but I don’t know them, so can’t say. It’s not a good environment for you when you are treated with indifference. Maybe you should not share the good in your life with the heartless.

Honestly, who cares what they feel towards you. You feel something is missing, you know your happiness for them is genuine. If they can’t reciprocate celebrate yourself. Being caring can be a lonely walk hugs

People are always jealous. Just let them think whatever they like. Their judgment holds no relevance to you and is not needed either.

Unfortunately some people are like that… I’ve experienced that too 😞

I can really relate to that. It’s a big part of why I journal here.

It's like asking deer asking I don't eat lion so lion shouldn't eat me.

Just because you are nice you can't expect not nice people to be nice. (I hope it made sense)
