The couple that bought my grandparents house 5 years ago were planning on knocking it down and building a new house. It was sad, since Nanna had spent most of her life gardening. We recently were in the area and were delighted to discover they hadn't gone ahead with the demolition. They said they didn't want to harm the 70 year old Frangipani tree Nanna planted nor the garden. They named the house 'The Duchess'
