Sometimes I get in my head
Like a dialogue of negative thoughts or scenarios. It's when I'm pissed off or stressed. I haven't slept much the last couple days and I've had busy workdays and a load of work to do for my counselling classes.
That and running errands for the family, so I think I'm feeling a little burnt out atm. I can tell because my appetite disappears.
