Sometimes it strikes me how much I assume about other people's lives

Earlier I wanted to ask if you all slept with your jaw on the pillow, or just the top half of your head. But that makes so many assumptions.

Maybe you don't sleep
Maybe you don't sleep in a bed
Maybe you don't have pillows
Maybe you don't have a head

But when you ask a question, you have to lay out some premise/foundation, right? Some kind of neutral level of what is considered norm.
And from there, the answer can take on its direction and eliminate what is incorrect and add what is correct.

@SW-User I could reduce every question down. I remember reading a Charlie Brooker article that suggested every online interaction could be reduced down to

"ACKNOWLEDGE MY EXISTENCE"

then when we all accepted that, we could reduce it down further to one person writing "BEEP"and everyone else responding "BEEP"

@OhIsMe Now that one is acknowledged, one wants to be understood. Then, beep will no longer be enough.

All of the above

@SW-User then what are you resting your glasses on?
SW-User
@OhIsMe faith. Faith is all it takes. I believe I can do it and then I do it

@SW-User you have a head on your stomach?!
SW-User
@OhIsMe no lol my sleeping position, I sleep kissing the pillow but I don’t drool 😊

I think some of the assumptions might be justifiable.
