I Think a Lot

I had a breakdown at work today. I have been very stressed emotionally lately (for like 2 months) and I feel like I am walking on a string. I lost consciousness and fell on the floor while I was doing photocopies of some files. I got back to senses and found myself laid on the desk and surrounded by colleagues. I felt very embarrassed. They continued asking me what's wrong with me but it's personal so I didn't share anything to them. Also, they wanted to take me to doctor. MY senior gave me lift to local GP.

This is third time I had a breakdown, 9th time I got unconscious in past 38 days.

After hearing the other symptoms GP said I'm having Syncope which can happen to anyone but my case is abnormal. :/ Heart is failing to pump enough blood to brain. He prescribed a few medicines and did ECG and then prescribed for MRI. Recommended me to both Cardiologist and Psychiatrist. He said my stress could be the reason for this. I slept for only 4 nights in past 11 days. Not sure what to do.

😟The only real advice I can give from personal experience is exercise! Go for long walks, shovel snow, lift weights...whatever you can do to release stress! My favorite activity is a good ol' fashioned heavy bag! It's a great stress reliever and it's excellent for cardio! Eat healthy foods outside of fast food joints and drink lots of liquids! Find something to calm your mind as well like a good movie or a book...or a woman!!!
