Sorry to hear this and hope you are better. That had to be very scary. Have you talked to the people you are closest with about whats bothering you ? Maybe bottling it makes it this bad ?

You can message me if you ever need to talk about things bothering you or just things on general :)

People and statistics say that this or that is the number one killer. What they fail to mention is that this and that and so many other things are caused by stress brought about by emotional imbalance. If we get sad or depressed for a few days, it's just part of life. If we have a few sleepless nights, we can catch up on our sleep. Even great happiness is tempered by days of simply living normally. Our physical bodies can't take too much of any extreme.
I hope you can get the help you need for the physical symptoms, but even more importantly, I hope you can find someone who is understanding to help you deal with whatever emotional problems you are dealing with. Good luck.
I don't say this too many people, but, if you need to talk, I'll be here later. I'd like to say, NOW, but, I'm just on my way out.

Is it possible to take a short medical leave of absence? I've had to do that before. Was almost hospitalized for a mental breakdown. In addition to following up with the physician, I would highly recommend therapy. It has helped me tremendously over the years. Hang in there.

OMG!?😟 This is not good. It's a big stress on your heart not to sleep! You may need a doctor that can help you get on disability. I hope you can find a way to get some much needed sleep as soon as possible, and the answers to what's going on with you medically. Rather you believe in God or not, I'm praying for Him to surround you with His holy white light for protection...sending swirls of green for faster healing. Green is a healing color. 🍀👼

😟The only real advice I can give from personal experience is exercise! Go for long walks, shovel snow, lift weights...whatever you can do to release stress! My favorite activity is a good ol' fashioned heavy bag! It's a great stress reliever and it's excellent for cardio! Eat healthy foods outside of fast food joints and drink lots of liquids! Find something to calm your mind as well like a good movie or a book...or a woman!!!

Check out Doctor John bergman on youtube. He covers all aspects of health. Im very sceptical about the shit u see online but this guy is very educated on subjects at hand. I to suffer mental health isdues and have seen psychiatrists and due to see one again soon. I coincidently suffer a similar condition to u with my heart. My dad died aged 56 from heart attack when i was 15 and it ruined my young life. I take no medication for the condition and i cannot remember the name of it but its like palputations that make me feel strange. I try to take regular exercise now and eat a little healthier. Im no fan of pharmaceuticals and especially after watching doctor john bergman. Hope u find answers and im always up for a char should u ever feel the need as sometimes the best sources of someone to chat to about personal issues are right here online. Check out dr john bergman when u have time and let me know what u think please. I suffer from severe depression and been on mirtazapine but now doing my best to get away from pharmaceuticals.

Know that there are a billion other souls who do care about what you're going through and may have experienced similar situations.
Sending you some good positive vibes.
Suggest Get out into nature and walk. Feel the force envelop you. Sunshine, snow , rain, just pause & feel it for a while.
You walk solo but are never really alone.
