If it's not work it's family.
If it's not family it'll be friends.
If it's not friends it'll be mistakes I've made in life.
If it's not mistakes I've made in life it'll be where life feels it is now.
In short. There's ALWAYS going to be something!

I work full time. Stressful job.
I look after my mother who has mobility problems.
My father has Alzheimer's and is 200 miles away.
I have three kids. All married with their own troubles. All 200 miles away.
So it never ends!
