I Think a Lot
Its like constant. The only thing that stops it for a bit is being underwater. Sounds weird..is what it is. In times of high anxiety its worse but here's the catch. If my brain has to be on all the time, I use it to help me get through the day like accomplishing small tasks and other goals. Or to help me do Sudoku or just a bunch of stuff that helps me focus it. But certain triggers that affect my mood can make me worry and stress nonstop to the point where I'm shaking. But also because I have a disorder 😑 its all good though. I'm new so BTW so HELLO GOOD CITIZENS OF SW!
