A little girl asked her mother of she could walk the dog

And mom says no. The girl asked why and her mother said because she's in heat. The little girl asked what's in heat? And the mother said why don't you ask your dad he's right there in the garage. So she goes out to the garage and asked her dad if she could walk the and that her mom said no because she's in heat. What's in heat. Well the dad didn't want to explain it either so he grabs little Lulu the dog and puts gasoline all over the dog's hind end thinking that will cover up the smell. And puts a leash on the dog and tells his daughter she can walk little Lulu around the block just one time and to come right back. Also he tells her no matter what don't let go of the leash. And when he's sure she understands he lets his daughter walk the dog reminding her not to let go.
So a little while later the little girl comes back and she has the leash but no dog. The dad in a panic asked her where's little Lulu is and the little girl said well Lulu ran out of gas half way around the block and so the neighbors dog is pushing her home.
