I'm sorry to hear that, they often treat the symptoms but don't solve the cause, the heaviness of the heart or the circumstances we find ourselves struggling with.
Through my own experience of having lived with trauma, depression and anxiety in my past, id recommend therapy not just for support but for processing and healing what's going on inside.
Some other things that helped me was eating clean, having physical activity in my life, developing a relationship of self love with myself by looking after myself, making healthy boundaries in my life, staying present in the moment and out of overthinking, and working towards a purpose.
I hope some of that helps, and that you're feeling better soon
