That is really rotten.
In most states you do have a right to see your children ,you may need to get a lawyer.
You'll need to get joint custody.
If you just get visitation you might end up having to pay a lot of child support.
It happened to my son and it took him forever to get straightened out once he did get custody of my granddaughter.

@Justmeraeagain I would imagine it did. I mostly definitely would get joint custody. If I was to push the issue on certain things I could probably get full custody. The issue I’m having is I know she’s a great mother not the issue I just want the opportunity to be a full time father in their life. They are all I live for.

@Ryan1417 well if she'll let you have them maybe in the Summers or something you might not have to go through the courts as long as she is willing?

@Justmeraeagain I’m sure that would be fine. I’m just still in shock with how it happened there’s no closure. I’m really having an issue with how suddenly it happened.
