I can’t breathe my wife suddenly left with my children 700 miles away

I went from seeing my children everyday day of their life until 2 weeks ago. Long story short found something on my wife’s phone I guess she didn’t have an explanation. She went to her family saying it’s completely over after 15 years and 4 children. I can’t breathe I have no family. I’m completely alone dealing with this really struggling. I feel like I’m having a nervous breakdown

What ever is going on your wife needs to keep the kids out of it because it not fair to them because they are being made to choose sides at that is wrong .Right now they are only hearing her side and that is wrong. There are three sides to every story your side her side and the truth.

@updown2020 that’s what worries me I don’t know what they even think. I don’t talk about it to them at all. I just tell them I love them and miss them that’s all I know to say

@Ryan1417 well maybe take a long weekend and go see the kids and take them out . But do not talk about what going on between you and your wife because she could be using them as spy’s.
