I can’t breathe my wife suddenly left with my children 700 miles away

I went from seeing my children everyday day of their life until 2 weeks ago. Long story short found something on my wife’s phone I guess she didn’t have an explanation. She went to her family saying it’s completely over after 15 years and 4 children. I can’t breathe I have no family. I’m completely alone dealing with this really struggling. I feel like I’m having a nervous breakdown

@ammelee it was definitely un intentional. Unrealistic advice is ok I don’t mind it just being antagonistic is uncalled for in my opinion and it’s just an opinion but disrespectful towards me for what? Just don’t comment on my post that seems simple enough. Definitely don’t want an enemy not my intention
