I can’t breathe my wife suddenly left with my children 700 miles away

I went from seeing my children everyday day of their life until 2 weeks ago. Long story short found something on my wife’s phone I guess she didn’t have an explanation. She went to her family saying it’s completely over after 15 years and 4 children. I can’t breathe I have no family. I’m completely alone dealing with this really struggling. I feel like I’m having a nervous breakdown
