I can’t breathe my wife suddenly left with my children 700 miles away

I went from seeing my children everyday day of their life until 2 weeks ago. Long story short found something on my wife’s phone I guess she didn’t have an explanation. She went to her family saying it’s completely over after 15 years and 4 children. I can’t breathe I have no family. I’m completely alone dealing with this really struggling. I feel like I’m having a nervous breakdown

Have you contacted the police to report a kidnapping?
@Dignaga not sure where he lives but the law here is you can’t kidnap your own children.

That is unless one has been granted custody!
@NoGamesTolerated He has had his kids kidnapped, his consent wasn't given. She definately needs thrown on the floor, handcuffed and driven away in the back of a police car.

I can't twll you how many times I've seen this played out growing up. Women think they can get away with anything, and in some states they can.

In the 19th and 20th century, The Prohibition Party backed Feminism because it was the women who were being abused and treated as second class citizens. In the 21st century it's fathers. The laws went too far in automatically favoring women by default, and we have alot of terrible women running around taking advantage of this. This woman needs her day in court. And yes, definately the same for men who abuse women, but this woman needs to go before a judge and explain her insanity in kidnapping his kids. Why a amber alert isn't being issued right now for them is beyond me. They wouldn't hesitate to do it if he took off with them.

@Dignaga I agree in a lot of ways I will say I live in Mississippi and unfortunately there’s no rights for fathers. Not for the ones who care.
@Dignaga I read his post. I’m very sorry this happened to him but I was giving you the law .. you CAN NOT kidnap your own child unless the other person has legal custody! I’m sorry if you don’t like it but it is the law!

What she needs and the law are two different

Yes, a parent can charge the other parent with kidnapping if they take their child without permission and in violation of a court-ordered custody agreement, which is commonly referred to as "parental kidnapping.". This means if one parent takes the child and refuses to return them during a scheduled visitation period, they could face criminal charges for kidnapping depending on the specific
circumstances and state laws
Key points to remember:

Custody order is key:
***The most important factor is whether a court-ordered custody agreement exists, as taking the child without adhering to its terms constitutes parental kidnapping

The Parental Kidnapping Prevention Act (PKPA) is a ***federal law that tells courts when to enforce and honor custody determinations from other states or tribes.

All this is contingent on whether he lives in the states or not.

And FYI, This has nothing to do with if it’s a woman or man. Same law for both!

@NoGamesTolerated you are right that’s the law trust me I was angry and did call and it doesn’t matter. Court that’s the only option. She leaves me takes my kids and cost me nothing but money and that’s not what I care about but reality
@Ryan1417 I know it hurts. Petition the court immediately and request full custody … fight it in court.
@Ryan1417 They take into consideration who is best qualified to support the children as well …

@NoGamesTolerated I’m familiar with this unfortunately my sister and brother in law went through it a long time ago it sucks hardest part is not seeing them every day that’s what is hurting me so bad
@Ryan1417 I’m sure! And I’m so sorry you are going through this.

@NoGamesTolerated thanks. Only reason I posted this is because I needed some kind of feedback. Here by myself my family were my only friends.
@Ryan1417 Keep it together and consult an attorney asap. Best of luck!!!
