Crying non stop uncontrollably

I've been crying for the past 15 minutes straight. I just cannot stop sobbing. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not a big crier. I haven't actually cried in years. I have been stressing a lot lately but even when I'm stressed I don't cry. Why am I uncontrollably crying right now? 😢

You do what you need to do! There is nothing wrong or weird about getting emotional for reasons you don't know. If it's a very common occurrence, then it could be some type of psychological problem but you said it rarely happens, so just accept it for what it is, a woman that just needed to release!
