Crying non stop uncontrollably

I've been crying for the past 15 minutes straight. I just cannot stop sobbing. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not a big crier. I haven't actually cried in years. I have been stressing a lot lately but even when I'm stressed I don't cry. Why am I uncontrollably crying right now? 😢

Hormones, stress, who knows? Just go with it, release and let it go. Once you are done, you should start feeling better pretty quick. At least, that's how it works for me🤷‍♀️😁
