Crying non stop uncontrollably

I've been crying for the past 15 minutes straight. I just cannot stop sobbing. I don't know what's wrong with me. I'm not a big crier. I haven't actually cried in years. I have been stressing a lot lately but even when I'm stressed I don't cry. Why am I uncontrollably crying right now? 馃槩

I鈥檓 sorry you鈥檙e feeling sad. I鈥檓 not sure why you鈥檙e crying, but maybe you needed to. I cry every day, often I don鈥檛 know why

@itsok It's okay. :) I don't even feel sad though. Maybe it's repressed feelings of sadness and trauma maybe?

@itsok Sorry :( I don鈥檛 mean to post on the wrong group but there wasn鈥檛 a specific section for that. The closest thing was this group since crying is viewed as a sad thing. I mean I probably am I just don鈥檛 directly feel sad, that鈥檚 all. It鈥檚 just the crying feels all of a sudden
