we don't always have that control we long for. Its the control we long for when we get afraid. But life isn't about control its probably more like surrender, all life does that and we just watch

and then control the channels...

I write to relieve those feelings through bad poetry. I'm at over a hundred by now... Thinking of turning it into a book.

Otherwise, just crying watching something emotional and setting aside some time to see me safe and able to communicate with a friend. That might help. Can msg me if you like. I just listen
