I had a bad night
Visited my sister yesterday evening. Usually hanging out with her lifts my spirits but not last night. I had trouble staying asleep in bed. Some suicidal thoughts.

do you have somewhere to live? have food to eat? are okay financially? have family?, you obviously have a sister to turn to, so then why are you so sad and suicidal? there are people in hellish situations who don't have what you have and they have to 'make do' and still fight for life, so, count your blessings and try to see the POSITIVE in what you have!

I find i feel that because i think i cant tell anyone about myself,how i feel,when i hurt,when im happy etc,like why should anyone give a damn?
