It had to happen sooner or later!
90F (33C) feels like 101F and the grid just failed so no A/C. Estimates to have power back on in two hours, still cool in the house and the basement is even cooler!

As an update, power was restored 45 minutes earlier than expected. Managed to get to 79F in the house so the A/C is going full blast!
