Cancer is the best thing that’s ever happened to me

Because it brought me back to the Lord. It’s keeping my focus on Him. It’s taught me how to turn to God in times of need (or anytime). It gave me time to reflect by slowing me down in various ways.

I’ve never had more joy and peace than I do now. I’m so in love. When this is over and I’m better, I hope to not be distracted by things of my life but to keep turning to Him. I never want to be far from God again.
