is there anything wrong with living in the past

because i think these modern times are rubbish, dull, i hate being alive now, so i hark back to the long ago past where my childhood was great and times were good, i cling to the memories of then and basically live in the past, i get a lot of comfort from it.

is this a problem for me you think?

Here's an idea...go and do some of the things you used to enjoy when you were a kid! Go to the seashore and collect shells. Go to the parks and feed the pigeons. Whatever it was that you used to love, do it again!

Comfort from great memories is not wrong...but you are not dead yet...and you might consider enjoying the life that you have remaining!
