Stress is having a bad affect on Emotions [I Would Go Back In Time If I Could]

I do not know how to describe the emotion I am feeling right now. I had decorated for Fall. I have a trillus in my bedroom and I had decorated it with Fall leaves and followed with lights. The lights on the trillus makes the room brightens the room so I do not have to use the ceiling light. This morning I had taken down the leaves and put up a different flowers followed by the same lights. I took the leaves off the trillus so I could use them elsewhere. And I took it down because it is getting difficult with daily stress and I just felt so discouraged this morning about what is going on. I just wanted to take everything down and felt "what the hell". It seems that my mom is very depressed because of medical situations like when she goes to the hospital ER, at times the doctor and nurses are rude to her which makes her depressed.

It's ok to feel bogged down by the stressful events around you... but don't let it keep you down. Try to go out for a nice walk or stroll around the lake or beach nearby. Water tends to recharge us...πŸ’žπŸ€—

Listen to some good music and dance. For an hour, just love for yourself. Give yourself the ME time you need. And then redecorate the room.
